These terms apply to the use of scametop.com and to order enquiries made to Cell Safes LTD through Groundline Safes. They should be read together with the Privacy Notice and Refund & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Products and descriptions
We aim to state product dimensions, materials, included items, lock type, mounting information and other characteristics accurately. Product photographs and on-screen colours can vary by display. Where a characteristic such as fire resistance, water resistance or an independently tested burglary rating is not expressly stated, it should not be assumed.

Prices and VAT
Prices displayed to UK consumers are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where stated. The selected safe is displayed at £60.00 including VAT. Any delivery charge is shown or confirmed before an order is finalised. If a pricing error is identified before acceptance, we will contact you rather than process an order at an unintended price.
Order enquiries and contract formation
Submitting the form is an order enquiry and does not by itself create a contract. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery details and the total amount payable. A contract is formed only when the order is expressly accepted through the applicable confirmation process.
Payment and delivery
Any payment method and payment timing will be confirmed with the accepted order. Delivery is available only where the order confirmation states that delivery can be made. We aim to deliver within the period agreed with you and, where no different period is agreed, in accordance with applicable UK distance-selling requirements.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and safe access for delivery. Installation or mounting is not included unless expressly stated in the accepted order. Fixings must be appropriate for the actual wall or floor substrate.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers who buy eligible goods at a distance generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. The Refund & Returns policy explains how to notify us, how goods should be returned and when refunds are processed. Additional rights apply where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
Use of the product
Home safes should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Override keys should be kept separately from the safe. Batteries should be maintained and replaced as appropriate. The selected model is not represented by us as fireproof, waterproof or independently burglary-certified.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses resulting from misuse, unsuitable installation, failure to secure override keys or reliance on a protection level that was never stated for the product.
Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material changes affecting an accepted order.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections you have as a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
